The production migration of Exchange mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 will begin on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 and be completed by Friday, October 30, 2009. The moves will be done outside of normal work hours. The default quota will change from 500MB to 1GB.

The Exchange 2003 environment will be decommissioned starting October 1 2009. The work will be completed by October 31, 2009.

The electrical service to HOVD (partial) will be shutdown on Monday, October 5, 2009, from 6:00am to 7:30am. This will affect primarily all of the ground floor and basement.
